Terms of Use and Privacy Agreement for www.ti-me.org
- Introduction
- Users should read the Terms of Use and Privacy Agreement ("Agreement")
carefully before using the WWW.TI-ME.ORG
("Website"), an Internet site maintained by the Technology
Institute for Music Educators ("TI:ME").
- TI:ME respects each site visitor's right to personal privacy. To
that end, we use information collected throughout our website only as
disclosed in this Privacy Policy. This statement applies solely to information
collected on this Website.
- The information collected is used to improve the content of the
Website, to notify visitors about updates and are never shared with other
organizations for commercial purposes
- The use of the Website is subject to the user’s acceptance
of this Agreement. TI:ME wants web users to be aware of any information
collected, how it is used, and under what circumstances, if any, it is
disclosed.
- Member Information and Privacy: Information Gathering and Dissemination
Practices for the Website.
- TI:ME does not automatically collect any personal information. The
TI:ME web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the
domain or e-mail address. Personal information about visitors to the Website
is collected only when voluntarily submitted.
- By voluntarily submitting personal information, the user is consenting
to receive appropriate e-mails from TI:ME regarding various events or
promotions.
- If, at any time, the user does not wish to receive e-mail from TI:ME,

requesting the cessation of such e-mail messages.
- Personal correspondence, such as e-mails or letters, sent to TI:ME
by the user may be collected in a file specific to the user.
- TI:ME reserves the right to track non-personal information about
users of its Website for system administration and to track a user's session
to identify the parts of its Website being visited. This includes, without
limitation, the URL prior to and following the Website visit, the Internet
browser used, the type of operating system used, the user's location and
the user's IP address
- TI:ME may use such non-personal information for, but not limited
to, Website content improvement, marketing, advertising and research.
- TI:ME reserves the right to release current or past user information
internally within the TI:ME community, including, but not limited to,
TI:ME educational sites advertise course locations and availability.
- TI:ME also reserves the right to release current or past member
information to third parties for limited purposes if TI:ME believes that
usage is employed to commit unlawful acts, required to be disclosed to
comply with applicable laws or regulations, with an administrative/court
order or in violation of this Agreement
- TI:ME will always maintain control over the confidentiality of user
information and may facilitate relevant offers from reputable organizations.
These organizations are not permitted to receive or retain user information
unless the user has given specifically expressed permission. TI:ME is,
however, free to disclose aggregate (non-personal) user information to
third parties without prior consent.
- Except as stated in the above paragraphs, TI:ME will not share
information specific to users with third parties.

- The text, audio, images, photographs, graphics, descriptions, and
other material provided on the Website are collectively referred to as
the "Content."

between TI:ME and users of the Website with respect to the subject matter

- “Technology Institute for Music Educators” and “TI:ME”
are trademarks of the Technology Institute for Music Educators. All other
trademarks are property of their respective owners.
