Technology-Assisted Music Learning and Digital Media
CFA MU 637

Participants in this course learn about a variety of digital media and technology-assisted teaching and learning tools that can be used to support their music curricula. Participants collect and use instructional materials from the Internet. Students also learn to author multimedia projects that include text, graphics, video, and sound in the digital domain. Participants’ progress is assessed through completion of class assignments, and, at the discretion of the instructor, assignments completed outside of class time. This course satisfies the TI:ME (Technology Institute for Music Educators) Level IB certification requirement. 2 cr. Tuition: $1130
